I picked this one out of your other guy pieces primarily because it is a pose i know very well and can give the best critique. Mind you my style is more americanized than yours, but there's nothing particularly wrong with his neck. it is a bit off balanced. The neck surprisingly says a lot about your character type, but this neck in particular is off balanced. One side of the neckcomes straight down from the jaw, giving it a stronger, more masculine image. The other side however, curves along the jaw line at first and then straightens out. typically this is used in eastern comics for a more feminine look. This can be used for guys, especially if they're not the big, manly men. It works really well with relatively skinny men. Also, Depending ont the artist you go to, they will saydifferent things about how to draw neck mucles. They can either bring a lot of realismto a character or really throw it of. Yours is not bad at all, but it is oddly placed. The neck mucle is often shown linking up with the collar bone, which is what i think you are trying to show here. However, unless this character is a very short person, his collar bone would be much lower. It sometmes helps just to add shoulders. helps alot actually
of course. For the neck muscles bit, I would use bleach as a reference. Tite Kubo does a really good job there. for heads and necks (not that you need help with heads, they are really good), go to youtube and look up mark crilley he does how to draw videos, and one shows some about neck placement.
hahahaha thanks! hehehe I'm glad you like him! hehehe
Sure! I don't mind. Give me credit please. And please don't draw him with another character. Thanks! Oh and I would love to see it when it's done if you don't mind. hehehehehehe
